He is from a small town, Kikinda (nice name) located in the northern region of Serbia. Jewelry making hit him when he was finishing high school. He started it as hobby and never thought it might be more than that. But we never know how life can change and what kind of road is ahead of us. After graduation he started to work as a male nurse at the local hospital. We all know it is a tough job, he faced difficulties and decided to leave that job and make a living from making jewelries.
A very beautiful heart in four parts pendant for friends or couples who want to mark an important occasion
He started his business last year and works hard to gain a professional level. He bought new tools, but unfortunately, not all tools he needed for his work were available on the market. Since he has the perfect family background of having the traditon of metal work he had no problem learning how to use welding torches and angle grinders. So he was finally able to start the long process to perfect the lost wax casting method, the most difficult step to master in jewelry making.
This is the place, a tiny workroom where he does grinding, polishing, wax modeling. On the table of the third picture you can see the tiny tools he made himself. The black pipe in the third picture is also his creation. It is welded together and fitted to hold the hot moulds in vacuum before casting.
Being able to use this method, he can make anything he wishes from jewelry to small statues. He can use any kind of metal for his pieces; however, he prefers duraluminium. This kind of metal has the same nature as stainless steel, so it is perfectly suitable for creating silver color items. To achieve yellow/gold color effect, he uses aluminium bronze. These materials are inert, never lose colors and sturdy. Another good fact, too, is that they do not cause allergic reaction on the skin. Normally he does not use gold or silver, but upon customer's request, he is able to work with them, too.
We keep our fingers crossed for him and we are sure that his sales will reflect his talent.
