Sellers on have their own return policy and shipping options. If you have questions, before making your final decision, we advise to contact the seller directly using the messaging system.

Can I buy safely on MadeByMe?

You can buy jewelry beading patterns/tutorials in pdf formats, kits and other handmade products on MadeByMe. Though, MadebyMe does not handle the payment and acts between yourself and the designer, however, please be assured that we will always be here to help in any problem occurred. When you are to checkout and pay you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal site. All payments are handled by PayPal system.

How can I pay?

When you would like to pay you will be connected to Paypal, one of the safest and fast online system in the world. You shall pay via Paypal system by using your credit card or using your Paypal account.

What is the currency on MadeByMe?

You will see the prices only in EUR. When you paid your bank will use its own rating system to calculate your payment into other currency, which is out of our responsibility.

What do I do if I've forgotten my username and/or password

We still may be able to help recover your account if you can prove ownership of it. If you have lost all information you will need to register with a brand new account. If you need any help, please contact us via [email protected]


What is the delivery policy at MadeByMe?

As is an online venue connecting buyers with sellers, we are not directly involved with the shipment of goods purchased on our website. After checking out and paying for patterns you will be able to download your selected patterns immediately. You will also receive a mail with the pattern attached. It might take a few hours. Concerning finished products and kits, each seller has its own shipping methods for delivery, this piece of information is given in the shipping section of the item page. Before ordering we advise to check that they do ship in your area.

What do I do if I can't find the confirmation email?

First, please check your junk mail, spam folders and current email settings to make sure the problem is with us and not with your email, then simply click the link on the Login page to resend the email. If that still does not work, please contact us via [email protected] immediately and we’ll help.

What do I do if my order did not arrive / I am not happy with an item I received?

To have a resolution to your problem please contact the seller considering its return and refund policies. We are sure that the sellers will try to have a satisfactory agreement if you wish to cancel order within 14 days of receipt. Cancellation and refund policy?

Each seller on MadeByMe's marketplace has its own policy as to refunds. Please be sure to check those policies by looking at the store policy section in each seller's profile before adding one of their items to your Shopping Bag. Please note that after downloading digital files you are not able to cancel your order. If you have any problems with your purchased product or you are not satisfied with it, we kindly ask you to solve this problems with the designer. If you wish to cancel a transaction, please go to My Order / Order history / View / Return and fill out the questionnaire or contact the seller immediately via messaging system.
